Evening: Dubai Mall (the largest in the world by area), 3D Aquarium tunnel, VR Park optional, and your timed 'At the Top' entry to Burj Khalifa's 124th floor for the sunset. Stay for the 6 PM Dubai Fountain show from the Waterfront Promenade.
Morning: Palm Jumeirah monorail from Atlantis Gateway to The Palm Tower. Optional Aquaventure Waterpark or The View at The Palm (240m observation deck). Return to hotel by 2 PM. 3 PM: desert safari pickup in a 4x4 Land Cruiser. Dune-bashing in the Al Marmoom reserve, sandboarding, falconry, camel ride, henna, Arabic coffee and dates at a Bedouin camp. BBQ dinner with live tanoura, belly dance and fire show under the stars. Return by 10 PM.
Option A (culture): full-day Abu Dhabi — Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, Emirates Palace, Louvre Abu Dhabi or Qasr Al Watan. Option B (family): Dubai Parks & Resorts — Motiongate, Legoland, or IMG Worlds of Adventure. Evening: dhow cruise dinner on Dubai Marina with a buffet, live tanoura dancer and skyline views. Return to hotel.
